We are pleased to announce that on Wednesday, February 13th, 2019, the Dataw Island Owner’s Association (DIOA) completed the purchase of the Dataw Island Marina from the previous ownership group. The community immediately began renovating the property and made needed repairs and upgrades. The DIOA has rejuvenated the dry stack operation for all local boaters to use, rebuilt a 420-foot shoreline dock with wave attenuator. Marina customers and locals are able to utilize our 20-ton forklift and our 50-ton Travel Lift.
We have rebuilt the day dock and boat staging area and we have space for those wishing to visit the Dataw Marina. Please call ahead for transient dockage, as space is limited (843)838-8410 or request your dates through this link.
